What's included in the development cost?
The one-time development cost covers the full build: requirements scoping, architecture and prompt design, integration with your chosen tools (CRM, Slack, knowledge bases, etc.), testing, and deployment. It also includes documentation and a handover session so your team knows how to manage and extend the agent going forward.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The estimate you get breaks out exactly two cost lines: the one-time development cost and the monthly operating cost (which covers LLM API usage, hosting, and ongoing support). The only thing that can change your final number is scope — for example, adding integrations or enterprise compliance requirements after the estimate is generated. We’ll always confirm final pricing in writing before starting work.
Can we start with an MVP and scale later?
Yes this is actually how we recommend most clients begin. We can launch a simple, focused version of your agent first (fewer integrations, no RAG or compliance layer), validate it with real users, then expand into more advanced capabilities like knowledge base retrieval, multi-agent workflows, or enterprise security once you’ve seen it working.
Do you offer payment plans?
