Processing of Refund Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment method or issued as company credit, at our discretion, within 30 working days.

• Custom solutions that are specific to the client’s project.
• Time spent in consultations, strategy sessions, or planning.
• Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client that are non-recoverable.

Exchange Policy Instead of a refund, clients may opt for an exchange of services, where feasible. This is subject to discussion and agreement with M TECHUB PVT LTd..

Limitations The refund does not cover any changes made to the delivered service by the client or third parties, nor does it cover issues related to client-side errors.
